Sarah attended Arizona’s Argosy University where she received her Masters in Sport Psychology. Within a year, she worked hard and also received her Clinical Counseling Masters.
She has been doing Neurofeedback since 2007 and is very proficient. She has worked with a plethora of people and problems ranging from alcohol and drug abuse to extremely traumatic childhood abuse.
It’s been said by a renown Reactive Attachment Guru that she is one of the best therapists to work with regarding childhood trauma.
She incorporates multiple modalities in her approach to best suit you. These include guided imagery, EMDR, character strengths and virtues, and client-focused goal setting, just to name a few.
She has worked with clients all over the United States, and she is licensed in three states currently and even has been to Haiti to help orphans.
A little bit about Sarah personally
In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys playing her piano, ukulele, and banjilele, among other stringed instruments. She tries to visit Yellowstone once a year, as she loves volcanoes and the history behind them.
If she isn’t listening to her clients, she’s listening to a history podcast – and she is quite the history nerd.
Her favorite colors are black, blue, and white, as you’ll see when you enter her office. You might also notice she has an affinity to soccer and hockey.
When working with Sarah, you will feel heard and hopefully come away with a better perspective on the issues with which you’ve been dealing.
She often says, “You don’t have to go through any of this alone,” and she means it. She will help you along the way.
